Welcome to 801 Scooping Poop! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing dependable and professional dog waste removal services. To ensure clear expectations, please review the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Area and Scope
-
Scooping is performed exclusively on grass or artificial turf areas.
-
Exclusions: Flower beds, gravel areas, wood chip areas, dirt areas, or any surface that is not grass or artificial turf will not be scooped and are not included in the service.
2. Visibility and Accessibility
-
Our scooping technicians will remove all dog waste that is clearly visible at the time of service.
-
If waste is obscured by leaves, tall grass, snow, mud, or other debris, or if the waste is flattened or matted into the ground, it may not be detected or removed during the service.
-
To ensure the best results, clients are responsible for maintaining yard conditions that allow for clear visibility and safe access to the area.
3. Access to Property
-
The customer must ensure unlocked access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
-
If the technician is unable to access the property due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or other obstructions, the service will still be billed as scheduled.
4. Aggressive Pets
-
For the safety of our staff, dogs must be secured or removed from the service area during the time of scooping.
-
If a dog displays aggressive behavior preventing safe service, the visit may be skipped and the customer will be charged for the missed appointment.
5. Waste Disposal
-
Waste is typically bagged and disposed of in the client’s outdoor trash bin unless other arrangements are requested and agreed upon prior to service.
6. Weather Policy
-
Service is provided year-round, but may be delayed or rescheduled in cases of:
-
Heavy snow or ice
-
Severe rain or storms
-
Hazardous conditions that prevent safe service
-
7. Payment and Billing
-
Payments are due according to the agreed-upon billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Late payments may result in suspension of service.
-
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
8. Cancellation Policy
-
Customers may cancel service at any time with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit to avoid being charged for that visit.
9. Limitations of Service
-
Our service does not include the removal of animal waste from indoor areas or public property.
-
Excessive accumulation of waste prior to the initial visit may result in an extra cleanup fee.
10. Liability Disclaimer
-
801 Scooping Poop is not responsible for damage to lawns, plants, fences, gates, or property that is not caused by negligence or misuse by our staff.
-
Clients agree to hold 801 Scooping Poop harmless for injuries or damages that occur due to unsafe yard conditions, hidden hazards, or aggressive pets.
